你不要想一次性就能帮买家搞定,你要给买家觉得买家不需要提醒你,你都可以帮买家搞定。

如果你没有站在买家立场上,买家就会觉你为什么需要你帮买家出价,他可以直接和Listing agent谈。

经纪失败的原因几乎都是信任上出现了问题。

如果没有信任,说什么都没有什么用。

当你拿出来CMA的瞬间,买家就知道你是想让他提高价格,然后他就对你减少了信任感。

记住买家想知道你在谈判这个deal的时候到底做了什么,你不能一直想着让买家提价然后都没有帮买家争取。
