i.e. When it comes to my health, I focus on getting 8 hours of sleep, eating healthy, and exercising, because those are the 20% activity that contributes 80% of my health well being.

Lesson 5: Learn how to win friends and influence people
How much does your life revolve around other people? Your family, your friend, and your co-worker, by learning how to interact with them, you open yourself up to huge opportunities, like a stronger relationship with your partner, make successful friends, people hire you, love you, and listen to you. Everyone can learn to be social.
Lesson 6: To create, don’t consume
None of wealth will happen if you did not start creating, so take action.
